Premium Nut ships with UPS.

Usually items take 1 day to process and takes anywhere from 1 - 3 days to arrive to you depending where you live.

All rates are calculated from UPS and you can be assured they are the lowest rates we have access to. 



Food & Returns

At Premium Nut we pack your order fresh and we do our utmost to deliver you wonderful products at fair prices.  Returns are not usually permitted. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact Customer Care with the following information:

  • Order number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Condition of item at time of arrival
  • Photo of defective item
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

All cases are reviewed and refunds or replacements are granted on a case by case basis.  

All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.  Please inspect your products upon arrival.
